Feb 21. The Girls Varsity ended a strong season with a hard-fought play-off game against Capital City Public Charter School. Varsity Boys Playoffs

Feb 12. The Boys Varsity lost to Chelsea School in playoff action on February 12, 67-53. Despite the loss, Coach Brown says he could not be “more proud of my players for the effort and heart they showed in the game and throughout the season.”

Students show Cougar pride for their basketball teams as they prepare for playoffs in February.  

Varsity Boys vs. The Chelsea School

Feb 8. The Boys Varsity team played a tough game against Chelsea School but came up short in the final game, 56-62.

Varsity Girls vs. Kingsbury

Feb 8. C/A Cougars were victorious at Kingsbury Day, 35-30.

Varsity Girls vs. The Lab School

Feb 4. The Lab School defeated the Girls Varsity 50-17.

Varsity Boys vs. The Lab School

Feb 4. The Cougars hit the court with a lot of energy in what Coach Brown reports was the most “complete” game of the season, defeating the Lab School 51-28. Every Cougar made significant contributions to the game for a celebrated team victory.

Varsity Boys at Capital City Charter School

Jan 31. Varsity Cougars played a hard-fought game against the #1 team in the league. Although Capital City got out to an early lead and were up by 15 points at half time, the Cougars mounted a second-half comeback ending the game just 8 points short, 52-44. Great way to show effort and mental toughness!

Varsity Girls vs. Capital City Charter

Jan 31. Capital City Charter overwhelmed the Cougars 48-15 on Capital City’s home court.
