Start by setting up your secure admissions portal. This is where you’ll complete and track your application.

Create a new account now

Once logged in, you can start an application to begin the process for your child.

Provide basic details about your child, including date of birth, any nicknames, gender, ethnicity, and race.

Review and sign any required forms, including the guardian and parent, and teacher questionnaire.

Upload any recent neurological or psychoeducational testing, report cards, IEP or 504 plans (if applicable), your child’s birth certificate, and official transcripts.

Tell us about your family, including primary contacts, parent/guardian details, and any additional household information.

Double-check all information for accuracy, then submit to complete your application.
