Making time for planning and connection

Commonwealth Academy believes that when nurtured in a caring and responsive environment, our students can thrive and achieve academic excellence.

CA’s Advisory program exists to support our school in providing just that type of environment. Our Advisory curriculum is designed to foster relationships between students, their peers, and advisors. During advisory, students participate in activities that support their social-emotional growth as well as their executive functioning skills. Through competitions and games in Advisory, students also make time for fun and connection in addition to the organization of their lockers, binders, and work plans.
