Multi-sports Camp provides the opportunity for campers to play multiple sports, games, and activities that they enjoy. This camp will change from week to week depending on camper interest so it will always be a new and exciting experience. Some of the options for this camp are basketball, ultimate (frisbee), volleyball, flag football, dodgeball, kickball, tennis, pickleball, and many other games and activities.

One Credit Course. Prerequisite: Algebra I. In addition to the days off for the holidays on June 19th and July 4th, this class will also not meet on Monday, July 3rd.

Geometry is a one-credit course that focuses on the properties of lines and angles. Students will perform translations and apply theorems to shapes. They’ll forge connections between mathematical topics and gain many powerful tools to help negotiate logic problems and proofs, all of which will improve problem-solving skills. Students will also study the properties of polygons, circles, and three-dimensional figures. They'll apply theorems and trigonometric ratios to shapes and discover how relevant geometry is to everyday life by exploring practical applications.

Camp Cougar a fun-filled, multi-activity day camp that allows the campers to give input to mapping out each camp day. Campers will start each day with outdoor activities at Simpson Park. When students return to campus, they have access to classrooms, gym, raised garden beds, and gaming computers. Campers will choose between: Arts and Crafts, Sports, Gaming, Escape Rooms, Gardening, Music, Cooperative Games, Lego Building Competitions, Scientific Adventures, Minecraft, Drones, Coding, Robotics, Tech Exploration, 3D Arts, and more! The activities will be camper-led where the campers will collectively have the ability to customize their camp day and choose the activities they participate in. The week will provide the opportunity for exposure to many different activities that provide opportunities for learning in a fun way. Character development and skill acquisition will be achieved through activities that campers self-select. Camper preference and our nurturing CA staff make this exciting week an experience that will be remembered!

This camp will allow students the opportunity to use gaming computers and the Oculus Quest 2 Virtual Reality systems to engage in individual and group games online. Games range from rock climbing to space exploration to team dodgeball. The campers will have limits on their VR screen time and our Aerial Robotics (indoor drones) activities will be a great complement to our VR gameplay and gaming. Campers will also have the opportunity to play actual dodgeball and other physical games and sports as designated gym/physical activity time are included in this camp.

Commonwealth Academy is once again offering a summer Esports experience for noobs to experienced gamers. In line with the Esports offered during the fall and spring seasons on campus, Esports Camp focuses on four Esports titles: Overwatch 2, League of Legends, Rocket League, and Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. This camp represents an opportunity for casual gamers to take their game to the next level through structured drill and practice, or a chance for already experienced Esport athletes to continue to hone their skills. Campers can expect to work with Commonwealth Academy's Esports coaches and will have a chance to play any of the four titles offered using Commonwealth Academy's Esports computers. Campers can also expect to watch and discuss professional Esports play during lunch and spend an hour-long activity break in our well-air-conditioned gym.
